“I love seeing someone light up from realizing that they are more capable of moving their body in a way that they didn’t think was possible. I am all about creating a movement space that is not intimidating, is for everyBody, and allows people to find joy through movement. I solely believe it is important for people to find a movement practice that makes them feel renewed and ready to greet the day.”
